RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and components.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or legal restrictions.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale items (where permitted by law)

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Everest will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
